The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is investigating a report of gunshots near the Howard University main campus.
The incident was reported at approximately 1:48 a.m. near 5th and Hobart Streets, NW. At the time of this alert, no lookout, suspect descriptions, or injuries have been disclosed.
